🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – SILKFAB

📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. Orders are processed only for serviceable PIN codes. If your location is not serviceable, you may be asked to provide an alternate address.


💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select locations.

  • Subject to PIN code availability
  • May not be available on high-value orders
  • Orders may require confirmation before dispatch
  • Repeated non-acceptance may lead to COD restrictions

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Maximum delivery timeline: 30 days from order confirmation

🚛 Delivery Attempts

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • Orders may be canceled if:
    • Customer is unavailable
    • Address is incorrect
    • Delivery is refused

🏬 Store Pickup

  • Pickup must be completed within 3 days of order confirmation
  • Valid ID proof + order receipt required
  • Uncollected orders will be automatically canceled

⚠️ Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or government restrictions.

  • Customers will be notified via Email/SMS
  • Option to continue or cancel with full refund will be provided

📍 Responsibility & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.

Silkfab is not liable for delays caused by external factors. No compensation will be provided for delivery delays.
